Refund & Cancellation Policy

As our company provides yacht charter booking and agency services, all bookings become final upon confirmation and completion of full payment.

1. All bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. Each booking is entitled to one (1) rescheduling only.

3. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure, must be utilized within one (1) year from the original booking date, and remain subject to availability.

4. Any increase in fuel costs, marina fees, or operational expenses shall be borne by the Customer.

5. Catering fees, third-party service fees, and YA’s agency commission are strictly non-refundable.

6. In the event of force majeure or cancellation caused by the operator, YA will use reasonable efforts to coordinate a rescheduling arrangement where possible, but shall not be liable for any additional compensation or damages.

Completion of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Company’s Terms & Conditions.
