🕘 Operating Hours

• Operating Days: Tuesday to Sunday
• Operating Time: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekly Rest Day: Monday

🧑✈️ Age & Safety Requirements

• Minimum age for self-driving: 17 years old
• Passengers: 5 years old and above, must ride with parental supervision
• All participants must follow staff instructions at all times
• Outdoor water activities are weather-dependent

👥 Group & Capacity Limits

• Maximum 12 participants per group
• Up to 6 Jet Skis (PWC units) per trip

💳 Booking & Payment

• Advance inquiry required due to limited Jet Ski availability
• Full payment required to secure a reservation
• On-site payment is not accepted

🔄 Cancellation & Changes

• Once booked, reservations are non-refundable
• Changes allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice before departure
• No cancellations, refunds, or changes on the day of departure
• Activities may be suspended due to adverse weather conditions

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may proceed after the next group

🚿 Facilities

• Private shower rooms available
• Guests who wish to shower after the ride must bring their own towels & toiletries

🛡️ Optional Personal Insurance

• RM30 per person per day (including SST)
• Must be added at least 3 days in advance
• Provided by a third-party operator
