• Smoking is only allowed at the rear of the yacht when stationary
• Guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times
• Any reckless or unsafe behaviour that may endanger passengers or the charter is strictly prohibited

Pet Policy Note:
General house rules state that pets are not allowed onboard. However, a pet-friendly add-on arrangement is listed at SGD 50 per pet with a maximum of 4 pets. Pet requests should therefore be treated as subject to prior approval and confirmation before booking.

Booking Policy

• Free rescheduling if requested more than 1 month before charter
• 50% rescheduling fee for changes made within 1 month
• No refund for weekend to weekday rate difference
• Top-up required for weekday to weekend changes
• Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable, no reschedule
• Cancellations within 1 month: up to 50% refund at TYC’s discretion
• Cancellations more than 1 month: up to 100% refund at TYC’s discretion
• Refunds apply to charter fees only; add-ons are non-refundable
• No refund for reduced guest count on charter day
• Wet weather: Captain decides to sail, delay, or reschedule; no cancellations
• Rates apply to basic 4–5 hour charter only
• Balloons not allowed; red wine prohibited on most yachts
